Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Junk Jockey arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Junk Jockey harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. TX law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of TX, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
